Cabled Hoodie
A week of non-stop knitting, and ta-da a finished object.
I made this cabled hoodie for my niece, who just turned 16.
She told me she wears hooded sweat jackets that she gets in the boys department, so I decided to make her something girlie but warm. I used Lamb's Pride Worsted, 85% wool 15% mohair, color: Blue Magic. The pattern was in a Knit.1 magazine. I am really excited to see it on her, I loved making this project. I've had this yarn in my stash for about a year and when I saw this pattern it just clicked. My favorite part of this knit is the hood it came out perfectly.
This was also the first time I did bobbles and it wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be.
