My first knit sweater

This was my first sweater that I knit for myself. I had always made things for other people, so I bought some discontinued yarn from my local shop (it was a cotton yarn with a rayon wrap I think).

I used a basic pattern from a magazine, and knit it with a cable and lace stitch instead of stockinette.

I've had this for over 5 years now and still wear it.
